24. Predictors of Hypertensive Disorder and Preterm Labor in Pediatric Pregnancies with and without Type 1 Diabetes

To evaluate the risk of preterm labor and hypertensive disorders in pediatric pregnancies with without type 1 diabetes to changes frequency delivery admissions complicated by these conditions from 2006 2019. We used national Kids’ Inpatient Database identify (≤ 20 years old) 2006, 2009, 2012, 2016, ICD-9 ICD-10 codes (e.g. pre-eclampsia), pre-term labor. descriptive statistics logistic regression models unadjusted adjusted for complications associated a diagnosis diabetes. identified total 1,839,812 L&D admissions. These occurred primarily young adults (78%), White race (35.6%), lowest income quartile (41%) urban private hospitals (73%) located southern US (44.5%).
